SA vs IND, 3rd Test: Elgar, Petersen score calmly as visitors need 111 more runs to win;

On Day 3 of the ongoing SA vs IND 3rd Test at Cape Town. Dean Elgar and Keegan Petersen held their ground as South Africa took complete control over India.

South Africa’s total at stumps was 101/2, with the hosts requiring 111 runs to win. At the moment, Petersen (48*) is unbeaten at the crease. South Africa’s openers Aiden Markram and Dean Elgar saw out seven overs. But the 23-run opening stand came to an end in the eighth over when Mohammed Shami got the better of Markram (16).
