De Villiers lately declared. That he will play a part for both South Africa and the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the future.
Franchises, according to Aakash Chopra, wish to bring back their right-hand players in some way or another.
“It has been a tradition. If you see any franchise, that is a player who plays from a franchise. After a while, he is sitting in their dugout as a mentor or batting coach or something or the other.”
Lastly, the admired commentator said that RCB would have considered bringing back AB de Villiers.
“Similarly, I feel whichever RCB would have already approached AB de Villiers or would be doing so or he will be seen in that dugout as a mentor or batting coach.”
