Ashes 2021-22: Stuart Broad returns as England confirm XI for 4th Test against Australia – England confirmed their playing XI for the fourth Ashes Test, which will begin on January 5 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Stuart Broad, the veteran fast bowler, replaces Ollie Robinson, who is England’s leading wicket taker in the present series.

England assistant coach Graham Thorpe confirmed to that while both Robinson and Chris Woakes are suffering from shoulder niggles.

Broad has been able to return to the team, reinforcing an assault that also incorporates Mark Wood, Jimmy Anderson, and spinner Jack Leach.

Australian batting order remains unchanged after being knocked out for 68 in their second innings at the MCG, handing Australia a 3-0 series triumph.
