Ashes 2021-22, 5th Test, Day 1 Stumps: Travis Head century puts Australia in the driving seat;
As weather brought an early end to the fifth and final Ashes 2021-22 Test against England in Hobart on Friday, Travis Head hit a brilliant century to put Australia in command at stumps.
With the team’s score at 236/6 at the start of the third session, Mark Wood dismissed Cameron Green for 74 runs after being caught out by Zak Crawley.
Carey was then joined by Starc, who increased the team’s score to 241/6 before Day 1 was called due to rain.
